8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, responsibility for the Goods passes to you. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to courier issues or unexpected events.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by you.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because of the unique and preloved nature of many of our products:
* All preloved luxury handbags are Final Sale unless materially misrepresented in the listing.

* Candles and leather accessories may not be returned once used or damaged after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Approved refunds or exchanges will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
