Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging (including dust bags and tags, where applicable).

Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy for online purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our items, all luxury purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on luxury items. Should you require additional information or assistance prior to buying, we are always happy to help. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you accordingly.
